Job Summary:
We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive for an international e-commerce process (North America region). The role involves handling inbound/outbound customer interactions, resolving queries, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions via voice (calls) in a professional manner
Resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and payments
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and quality standards
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Adhere to process guidelines, SLAs, and compliance requirements
Work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (both eligible)
Experience:
Fresher OR
Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO/Customer Service
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Good comprehension and problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge
Salary Structure:
Freshers: ₹26,500 CTC + ₹2,500 PLI (Monthly)
Experienced (6+ months): ₹27,000 CTC + ₹3,000 PLI (Monthly)
Shift & Working Details:
5 Days Working
Rotational Shifts (24x7 environment)
Cab Facility:
Available for shifts starting post 2 PM (chargeable)
No cab for morning shifts
Important Guidelines:
No leaves allowed during the first 3 months
Candidates must be flexible with rotational shifts
Strong emphasis on communication skills
Relocation Benefits:
Relocation Bonus up to ₹10,000
(Applicable for candidates relocating to Jaipur from other cities)
