We are hiring candidates with good English communication skills for a US-based calling process. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service.

Day and Mid Shift Available and without Target

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers

Communicate clearly and confidently in English

Understand customer issues and provide quick solutions

Maintain accurate call records and reports

Meet daily targets and quality standards

Follow company policies and process guidelines

Good to fluent English communication

Comfortable with US accent and night shift

Basic computer knowledge

Good listening and problem-solving skills

Fresher and experienced both can apply
