Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, accounts, billing, orders, or technical issues.

• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.

Candidate Requirements

• Undergraduate, Graduate, or Diploma holders can apply.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

• Prior experience in BPO, Customer Service, International Voice Process, Technical Support, or Sales Support is an advantage.

• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and neutral accent.

• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

• Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
