Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process (US Telecom)

Join Foundever, Suthernland and work with one of the leading US telecom clients. We are hiring enthusiastic candidates with excellent English communication skills for our International Voice Process.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide the best possible solutions.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Meet performance, quality, and productivity targets.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
HSC/Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational week-offs.
