💼 Job Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly candidates to join our team as Domestic Customer Representatives. The selected candidates will handle customer calls, assist with queries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent customer support.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls professionally and politely.

• Understand customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

• Follow up with customers whenever required.

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department.

• Work with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

✅ Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of Hindi/English.

• Comfortable working in a 6-day working schedule.

• Willingness to work in a Day Shift.
