Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international chat support role based in Navi Mumbai.

The role involves assisting international customers through live chat, understanding their concerns, providing accurate solutions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Candidates should have strong written English, good typing speed, and the ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.

This is a high-volume hiring opportunity with 100 openings planned over the next two weeks.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Handle customer queries through live chat.

• Understand customer concerns and requirements through written communication.

• Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.

• Maintain a professional, helpful, and customer-focused tone.

• Handle customer complaints and service-related concerns effectively.

Chat Handling

• Manage customer conversations efficiently while maintaining response quality.

• Respond within defined turnaround and response-time parameters.

• Handle multiple interactions where required.

• Maintain proper grammar, spelling, sentence structure, and professional communication.

• Adapt communication according to the customer's requirement and situation.

Issue Resolution

• Identify the customer's concern and provide appropriate troubleshooting or service assistance.

• Follow defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge-base resources.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.

• Ensure proper closure of customer interactions.

Documentation & Quality

• Accurately document customer interactions in the relevant system.

• Follow data-security, compliance, and process guidelines.

• Maintain quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and attendance targets.

• Ensure every interaction meets the required service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience

Candidates must have either:

• 6+ months of International BPO experience, OR

• 1+ year of Domestic BPO experience

Candidates without the required BPO experience will not be eligible.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in the following areas will be an advantage:

• Technical Support

• Technical Customer Service

• Sales

• International Customer Support

• Chat Support

• E-commerce/Online Customer Service

Technical or sales experience is not mandatory, but candidates with relevant exposure will be preferred.

Skills Required

Written Communication

• Strong written English.

• Good grammar and sentence formation.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through chat.

• Strong reading and comprehension skills.

Typing

• Minimum typing speed: 40 WPM

• Good typing accuracy is expected.

• Candidates should be comfortable composing responses quickly while maintaining quality.

Customer Handling

• Strong customer-centric approach.

• Patience and empathy.

• Ability to handle difficult customer situations.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Computer Skills

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Ability to navigate multiple applications and browser windows.

• Comfortable working with CRM/customer support systems.

• Ability to multitask between customer conversations and internal resources.

Compensation

Salary

₹4 LPA

The applicable salary structure will be communicated during the recruitment process.

Joining Bonus

₹25,000 Joining Bonus

The joining bonus is payable after completion of 90 days in the system, subject to applicable eligibility and company policies.
