Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Voice & Chat (Blended Process)
Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Customer Support team. The role involves handling customer queries through voice calls and chat support, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist international customers with queries, issues, and service requests.
Provide real-time support via live chat for product information, troubleshooting, and service updates.
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while resolving customer concerns.
Achieve performance targets including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department as per process guidelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask in a blended environment.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of at least 30–35 WPM.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team.
Qualifications:
HSC / Graduate in any field.
Minimum 0–2 years of experience in international voice or chat process preferred (freshers can apply).
Work Requirements:
Comfortable with rotational shifts and week-offs.
Willing to work in a hybrid/on-site model as per business requirements.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced customer support environment.
