Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their Domestic and International trips. Your responsibilities will involve a mix of client communication (60%) and backend operations (40%) to deliver smooth, customized travel experiences.

### Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication (60% of the role):

• Speak with clients primarily via phone calls to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget.

• Offer travel suggestions, recommend destinations, and explain available packages and services.

• Handle inquiries, answer questions, and provide support before, during, and after the trip to ensure customer satisfaction.

Travel Planning & Operations (40% of the role):

• Create detailed, customized travel itineraries that include flights, hotels, local transportation (cabs), and activities.

• Make bookings for flights, accommodations, and ground transport, ensuring everything is confirmed and scheduled properly.

• Coordinate with travel vendors and service providers to confirm availability and manage reservations.

• Use company systems to update and maintain accurate records of all client information and bookings.

• Address and resolve any booking issues or last-minute changes efficiently.
