Job Role:
Handle customer queries for Vodafone through 80% chat and 20% voice calls via social media platforms. Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer support for US customers.
Shift Timings:
3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
1 rotational week off
Eligibility:
Graduate only
Minimum 1 year experience in chat support, email support, or inbound international calling
Good English communication (written & verbal)
Comfortable with US shifts
