International BPO Executive

We are looking for a International BPO Executive to join our team at Itm Recruitment Services. The role offers ₹25,000 - ₹33,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Hospitality, Travel & Tourism. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.

• Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.

Process - ALG B2C

Voice

>UG/Graduate with min 1 year TRAVEL/HOTEL exprience

>GDS Required- Amadeus or Sabre

>5 days rotational shifts

>2 days Rotational offs

>Work from office

>Loc- GGN

>Both side cabs

>Salary: upto 36k inhand

>Rounds:

•HR Screening

•Amcat (65 n above, B2 n above)

•Ops Round

All rounds are elimination round.

• Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.

• Collaborate with team members to escalate and address more complex concerns.

• Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 4 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 5 days working week during the Day shift.
