Job Title: Customer Support / Business Development Executive

Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information/solutions.
Resolve basic customer queries and maintain good customer relationships.
Explain products/services and generate business leads.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve daily/monthly customer service and business targets.
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and issue resolution.
Required Skills
Good verbal communication skills.
Basic English/Hindi communication.
Customer handling and convincing skills.
Basic sales and business development understanding.
Comfortable working in a voice process.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Eligibility
Education: HSC / Graduate
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
