Job Title: International Voice Process Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for confident and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers, understand their requirements, resolve queries, and provide a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls professionally in an international voice process.

• Understand and resolve customer queries, requests, and complaints.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, or accounts.

• Maintain appropriate call quality, productivity, and customer-service standards.

• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM/system applications.

• Follow company policies, processes, scripts, and compliance requirements.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

• Meet defined KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, quality score, attendance, and productivity.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Clear pronunciation and neutral/international accent preferred.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable communicating with international customers.

• Basic computer and typing skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

• Previous BPO/International Voice experience is preferred, but freshers may also be considered depending on the process.

Education

• Any graduate/12th pass, depending on process requirements.

Experience

• Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of relevant customer-service/BPO experience.
