Job Title: International BPO

Mandatory Skills
1–3 years in international BPO (Look international BPO who having exp on Order to cash or Order management with expertise in Verbal and written expertise in German x2 or French x1 or Japanese x2 or Chinese x2 or Portuguese x1 or Spanish x1 or Korean x1
STS – Order Management or OTC background (Order-to-Cash)
Verbal and written expertise in any one German x2 or French x1 or Japanese x2 or Chinese x2 or Portuguese x1 or Spanish x1 or Korean x1
Support experience in similar domains
Strong verbal and written communication
Multi-tasking, stakeholder engagement, and real-time problem-solving
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support and incident management for sales tools, OMS, and Premier Page platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
Collaborate with IT, operations, and support teams to ensure minimal disruption to business processes.
Educate users and offer proactive support for recurring or known issues.
Work flexible hours, including evening or night shifts, to support global operations
Essential Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical coursework preferred.
1–2 years of relevant experience in technical support or sales operations.
Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Dell tools related to
customer care, order processing, and sales.
Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
