What You'll Do:

Handle inbound (and sometimes outbound) voice calls with international customers (US/UK time zones), delivering excellent service.

Resolve queries, complaints and requests with empathy, clarity and accuracy.

Document customer interactions in our CRM accurately; escalate where needed.

Work in rotational / night shifts aligned with international time-zones (e.g., US evening / UK morning).

Achieve performance metrics: first-call resolution, average handle time, customer satisfaction ratings.

Be part of process improvement suggest ideas, help enhance the voice experience.

What Were Looking For:

Strong English communication skills (spoken & written); comfortable with US/UK accents.

Diploma/12 th pass or any graduate; freshers are welcome (with strong communication) and candidates with 0-5 years voice-process experience preferred.

Ready to work night shifts / rotational shifts.

Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn CRM / call-centre tools.

Good listening, problem-solving, multitasking and interpersonal skills.

A positive, customer-first attitude and a desire to grow in a service-driven role.
