We are hiring International Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries for international clients. The role involves providing excellent customer service through voice support while maintaining professionalism and service quality.
Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers
Resolve customer queries related to products/services
Provide accurate information and maintain call quality standards
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines
Document call details and customer interactions in the system
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or above
Experience:
Freshers are welcome
Experience candidates will have an added advantage
Communication Skills: Good verbal communication in English is mandatory
Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge required
₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month
(Salary depends on experience and interview performance)
5 working days with rotational week offs
