Checking the job openings and update the CAP log

 Checking the arrival details from console and shipping line through telephonic

enquiry

 Checking for the CFS charges

 Updating stamp duty /Do and warehouse charges in CAP log

 Arranging the documents in folder for clearance and ensuring the same and

send to Cargo and navasheva

 DSR updation after taking the necessary updates from the CSU

 After clearance of the shipment closing the job in Cap log arranging to send the

dockets to the billing apartment

 Work as a team with colleague staff and Superiors.

 Respect & Maintain Company’s Policies and Commitments.

 You shall perform jobs which are incidental to or connected with above

functions and which you are capable of handling, and any other tasks being

assigned to you from time to time.
