Job Title: International BPO Executive / Customer Support Executive
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers
Resolve customer queries related to process, billing, travel, technical support, or services
Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
Update customer information and maintain records in CRM systems
Follow company process guidelines and quality standards
Meet targets related to productivity, quality, and customer handling
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts for US/UK processes
Required Skills
Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
Basic computer knowledge
Problem-solving and customer handling skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with voice, chat, or blended process
Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Undergraduate / Graduate eligible
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (depends on process)

Salary range: ₹18,000 to ₹35,000+ depending on experience and process
