Job Description – International Voice Process

Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Salary: Up to 7 LPA (based on experience)
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
Employment Type: Full Time – Work From Office

About the Role

We are hiring experienced professionals for the International Voice Process at Infosys, Bangalore. The role involves handling customer queries and providing real-time resolution through inbound/outbound voice support for global clients. Candidates with excellent communication skills and customer service experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls professionally.

• Understand customer issues and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

• Maintain service quality and achieve process performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR).

• Document all customer interactions in the system accurately.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies & compliance.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).

• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and rotational shifts.

• Basic computer knowledge & typing skills.

• Experience: 1–4 years in International Voice / BPO Customer Service.
