✅ Eligibility & Skills

• Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 proficiency).

• Strong customer-handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office.

• Typing speed of 20 WPM with 80% accuracy.

• Voice experience preferred; non-voice/backend experience will receive 50% weightage as per the hiring criteria.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound international customer queries using cloud-based tools.

• Research customer accounts and policies to provide accurate solutions.

• Deliver professional, timely, and customer-focused support.

• Document customer interactions and actions accurately.

• Manage challenging conversations, escalate issues appropriately, and meet quality and productivity standards.
