URGENT HIRING – TATA SALES INSURANCE

Process: Term & Non-Term Insurance | DSA Lead Generation

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Week Off: Fixed Sunday

Joining: Immediate

Salary

• General Candidates: Up to ₹21,000 CTC

• Language Candidates: Up to ₹23,000 CTC

• Preferred languages: English, Hindi, Marathi

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Open to both general and regional language candidates.

• Candidates must be comfortable working from the Turbhe, Navi Mumbai location.

• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.

Mandatory Skills

• Good communication skills.

• Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction.

• Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Ability to generate and follow up on leads.

• Comfortable with 6 days of working.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in insurance, sales, telecalling, lead generation, or DSA.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, or Marathi for language-specific positions.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Customer handling and relationship-building skills.

• Previous experience in Term or Non-Term Insurance will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads for insurance products.

• Explain Term and Non-Term Insurance products to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.

• Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.

• Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
