Qualification: Experience in General Insurance

Experience: 2 years 

Location: Kandiwali

Salary: 20k to 30k

Job Description:

 Create List of Policy Renewals, Download Renewal Notices & Share it with Every Client 40 Days prior of the Renewal Date.

 Send email, message & Call Reminder to client on regular basis or / and on clients preferred time & get renewal done.

 If Client denies for renewal or renewal get stuck somewhere, Inform Mitheel Jagada.

 Enter Every renewal entry into Sales File.

 Follow-up daily on email with respective Insurance company RM for Policy issuance once renewal payment done by client.

 Fulfil the requirements raised by Insurance company for Policy issuance.

 Enter every New Sales & renewal entry in Software.

 Provide After Sales Support to the Clients

 Follow-up with Insurance Company Every Thursday for Claim

 Fulfil the claim requirements if any query raise by Insurance company.

 Get Quotation for Motor & Travel Insurance as per requirements and get it done
