Insurance Service Executive – Fresher

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic freshers to join our insurance sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining insurance products to customers, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Approach potential customers and generate leads

Explain insurance products and benefits to clients

Assist customers in choosing suitable insurance plans

Follow up with customers for policy conversion and renewals

Meet daily and monthly renewal targets

Maintain customer records and reports

Build positive relationships with clients

Participate in training and renewal activities

Eligibility

Any Graduate / Diploma holder

Freshers are welcome

Candidates with sales interest preferred
