📋 Job Description – Institution Counsellor

Position: Institution Counsellor
Location: Bangalore – Work from Office
Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
Handle student enquiries through calls and direct interactions.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update student information in CRM.
Build good relationships with students and parents.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent English and Hindi communication.
Graduate/12th pass candidates can apply, depending on experience.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Willingness to work from office.
Counselling, tele calling, or sales experience is an advantage.
