Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives / Relationship Managers to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with customers through calls, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable services, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.

This is a Work From Home opportunity suitable for candidates who have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Explain NoBroker products and services clearly to customers.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.

• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build positive relationships with customers and provide a good customer experience.

• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate

• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Strong sales and convincing skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• English communication is required. Knowledge of Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu will be an added advantage.
