Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Inside Sales Intern to support our sales team by generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, qualifying enquiries, and assisting in the sales process. This internship provides hands-on experience in B2B and B2C sales, customer relationship management, and business development within the electronics manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Understand customer requirements and introduce suitable products.
Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Prepare quotations and assist in sending proposals.
Maintain accurate customer data in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Support promotional campaigns and product launches.
Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
Assist in achieving monthly lead generation and sales targets.
