A Kolkata-based elder-care and wellness services start-up. They are currently in the process of strengthening their on-ground operations and are looking to engage a reliable to hire a hands-on Inside Sales and Office Operations Manager for their Kolkata operations.

The roles are focused on:

• Business development and partnerships

• Lead generation and client engagement

• On-ground execution and relationship management

• Working closely with founders in an early-stage environment

They are specifically looking for candidates with prior experience in services, healthcare, wellness, or client-facing roles, and who are comfortable working in a growing, execution-driven organization. They would like to know if you are willing to work with them.

Post: Inside Sales & Office Operations Manager

Eligibility criteria:

A. Experience & Background

a. 2 to 5 years as receptionist / front desk / office admin / customer support

b. Experience in healthcare / clinics / diagnostics / real estate / hospitality (preferred)

c. Proven call handling / inquiry management role

d. Experience managing walk-ins and visitors

e. Experience supporting sales/operations teams

B. Service & Customer Exposure

a. Has handled family / senior / sensitive customers

b. Experience in trust-based service environment

c. Experience in high-volume inquiry handling

C. Tools & Systems

a. Comfortable with Word / Excel

b. Uses WhatsApp Web professionally

c. Email handling experience

d. CRM exposure (good-to-have)

2. Language & Communication Checklist

a. Fluent spoken Bengali (mandatory)

b. Professional English communication

c. Working Hindi knowledge

d. Clear phone voice & pronunciation

e. Polite and calm tone

f. Can explain information simply
