About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growth team. You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming leads, qualifying prospects, and nurturing them through the sales funnel. This role is key to driving revenue by converting inbound and outbound inquiries into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Qualify and follow up on leads generated via website, campaigns, and databases
Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products from our portfolio (material handling, storage, industrial cleaning etc.)
Coordinate with field sales and technical team to support deal closure
Maintain CRM with accurate data and follow-ups
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for qualified leads and conversions
Assist with creating sales collateral, presentations, and quotations
Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer responses
Ideal Candidate
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer success (B2B preferred)
Excellent communication (Hindi & English) and listening skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation ability
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Experience or interest in industrial/B2B sales is a plus
Self-motivated and target-driven
