Purpose of the Role

The Student Support & Admission Officer (SSAO) is responsible for counselling, enrolling, onboarding, and ensuring a smooth and delightful journey for students and parents from inquiry to enrollment and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve revenue targets through counselling, selling, up-selling, and cross-selling educational courses to prospective and existing students and parents via face-to-face interactions, calls, emails, and other communication channels.

2. Ensure timely collection of outstanding fees from parents.

3. Manage administrative activities to ensure a seamless student journey from admission to course completion.

4. Build strong relationships with students and parents to deliver a high-quality customer service experience and resolve concerns promptly.

5. Adhere to internal processes, policies, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

1. Ability to interact with students and parents in a calm, empathetic, and patient manner.

2. Strong persuasion and counselling skills with a sales-oriented mindset.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communication, and sales/service-related software.

4. Fluency in English and the regional language.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).

2. Preferred qualifications include B.Tech, MBA, or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related fields.
