Job Description

Justdial is hiring Information Retrieval Officers (IRO) for its Inbound Voice Process. This is a non-sales, customer support role where you will assist callers by providing accurate information about products, services, and local businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally

• Provide accurate information related to services, products, and locations

• Assist customers with queries in a polite and patient manner

• Maintain call quality and response standards

• No sales or target pressure
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 12th Pass / Any Degree (arrears allowed)

• Experience: 0 – 1 Year (Freshers welcome)

• Age Limit: 18 – 28 Years

• Languages: Tamil & English
  

Salary

💰 ₹17,000 – ₹21,000 Take Home

Shift Details
Male Candidate Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Any 9 Hours – Rotational)

Female Candidate Shift Timing: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Any 9 Hours – Rotational)

Working Days: 5 Days

Week Off: 2 Days (Rotational)
