Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online inquiries about driving courses.
Explain course details, pricing, schedules, and promotions to prospective students.
Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively addressing customer needs and objections.
Follow up with leads to maximize enrollments.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM or lead management system.
Meet monthly admission and sales targets.
Coordinate with instructors and the operations team to schedule training sessions.
Assist with student registration, documentation, and payment collection.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Stay updated on institute offerings and competitor activities.
