Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound patient calls.
Explain healthcare services and surgery packages.
Schedule doctor appointments and consultations.
Follow up with patient inquiries and leads.
Maintain patient records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and the operations team.
Achieve daily call and follow-up targets.
Provide excellent patient support throughout the treatment journey.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
Minimum 6 months of experience in healthcare calling, telesales, BPO, or customer support.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
