📌 Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Executives to handle inbound customer calls, resolve queries and complaints, and provide accurate information related to Telecom / ISP services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.

• Provide accurate information regarding Telecom / ISP products and services.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

• Follow up with customers whenever necessary.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Follow company policies and quality standards.

🎯 Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above.

• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.

• Good English communication is mandatory.

• Candidates should be proficient in any one of the following regional languages:

  • Kannada

  • Tamil

  • Malayalam

  • Hindi

  • Bengali

  • Marathi

• Good verbal communication and active listening skills.

• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

• Comfortable working 6 days a week with a rotational week off.
