Job Title: Telecaller – Immigration

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Mohali Sector 118

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Description :-

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Immigration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, explaining our immigration services, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities :-

Make outbound calls to potential clients.
Explain immigration services, including PR, Study Visa, Work Visa, and Visitor Visa options.
Understand client requirements and provide basic guidance.
Schedule appointments for immigration consultants.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Update customer information and call records in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Support is preferred.
