We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused immigration filing & counselling executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling clients regarding immigration and visa processes, handling documentation, preparing application files, and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients regarding immigration, study, work, tourist, and visitor visa options.

• Assess clients' profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.

• Guide clients through the complete documentation and application process.

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate immigration files.

• Ensure all documents are complete and comply with immigration requirements.

• Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and information.

• Follow up with clients regarding application status and document updates.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries professionally.

• Stay updated with the latest immigration rules, policies, and visa requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Excellent communication and counseling skills.

• Strong documentation and file management skills.

• Good knowledge of visa and immigration procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client files.

• Prior experience in immigration counseling or visa filing will be preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
