• Handling of Tele sales, Implant operations

• Reservation of Hotels, Car bookings and Travel insurance

• Tour package / Leisure products making

• Airline Reservation, Ticketing, Preparation of complex itineraries,fares etc

• Dealing with Airlines and Suppliers for routine operations

• Customer Handling & Sales closing

• Keeping a database of customer profiles

• Reporting events to Management

• Ensuring Management policies in routine functioning

• Addressing Routine / Operational Grievances and Complaints

• Responsible to ensure smooth handling of corporate accounts and passengers

• Manage UAE and worldwide visa applications, ensuring complete documentation and timely submission.

• Coordinate with consulates, visa centers, and clients to ensure smooth processing.

• Provide clients with accurate visa guidelines, checklists, and travel advisories. Support monthly product campaigns with timely follow-ups and lead management.

• Address client queries via phone, email, and walk-ins efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records, invoicing, and travel documentation.
