Hiring Sales Executives (Outbound Process)

📍 Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

About the Role:
Join one of India's leading private sector banks as a Sales Executive in the Home Loan Outbound Process. We are looking for energetic and target-driven candidates who are passionate about sales and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain Kotak Mahindra Bank Home Loan products and benefits.
Generate quality leads and convert them into sales.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.

Eligibility:

Graduate or Undergraduate.
Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO Sales, Telesales, or Field Sales.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
