Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused candidates to join our Hindi Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing queries, and providing appropriate solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and respond to queries professionally.

Provide accurate information about products or services.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when required.

Maintain call quality and follow company communication standards.

Update customer details and maintain records in the system.

Eligibility Criteria:

Language: Average English with Hindi speaking ability (Urdu mixing acceptable).

Age Limit: Below 30 years.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits:

CTC: ₹16,400 per month

Take Home: ₹14,100

Rotational shifts and rotational week off.
