Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller (Education Field) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls, counsel students/parents about courses, and support the marketing and admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about courses, programs, and admissions.

• Handle inbound queries from students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.

• Counsel students based on their educational background and career goals.

• Work closely with the marketing and counselling team to meet enrollment targets.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media promotions.

• Maintain a professional and positive approach while communicating with clients.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or education sales preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM tools.

• Strong persuasion, listening, and follow-up skills.

• Target-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
