Job Role: Customer Support Executive (Semi Voice )

Salary - 18K to 24k in Hand & Bonus - Performance based

Languages: Good in English and Hindi

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Effectively manage incoming chats and emails from customers in a timely manner

 Identify and evaluate customers requirements, clarify information, and offer solutions

 Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating to internal teams as needed

 Cultivate enduring relationships and trust with customers through transparent

communication

Required Skills:

 Ability to manage multiple chats, emails, or calls simultaneously

 Basic troubleshooting knowledge

 Excellent problem-solving abilities
