Job Overview:
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for IT Helpdesk operations who will act as the first point of contact for users. This role is non-technical and focuses on handling calls, logging issues, and coordinating with the internal IT team for resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to IT support requests
Log user issues accurately into the ticketing system
Assign and route tickets to the appropriate IT support team
Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution
Keep users informed about the status of their requests
Maintain proper records of calls, issues, and updates
Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, system usage)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Customer-focused attitude and problem-handling approach
Preferred Background:
Experience in Customer Support / Call Center / Helpdesk / Coordination roles
Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered
Note:
No technical knowledge (IT infrastructure, networking, hardware/software) is required
This is a coordination and support role, not a technical troubleshooting role
