About the Role

We are looking for confident, outgoing, and guest-focused professionals to represent our wellness and spa outlet within a premium hospitality environment in Indore.

This is a guest-facing role suited to individuals who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, promoting wellness services, and converting guest interactions into sales. The role combines hospitality, customer service, revenue generation, and brand representation.

Candidates with experience in hotels, spas, luxury hospitality, retail sales, front office operations, or customer relations are encouraged to apply. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered for suitable positions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Engagement & Sales

• Proactively approach and welcome guests with confidence and warmth.

• Introduce guests to wellness services, express therapies, and special offers.

• Convert walk-in enquiries into bookings through effective communication and relationship-building.

• Upsell and cross-sell services based on guest needs, preferences, and availability.

• Maintain a professional presence to maximize visibility and walk-in conversions.

2. Revenue Generation & Promotions

• Work towards daily and monthly sales targets.

• Support cross-promotional activities with other hotel departments and outlets.

• Assist with in-house promotions, campaigns, and special offers.

• Capture guest enquiries and follow up on potential bookings where appropriate.

3. Guest Experience & Brand Representation

• Deliver a warm, premium, and professional guest experience.

• Act as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for the wellness outlet.

• Address guest queries and coordinate with the relevant team.

• Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene, and outlet ambience.

4. Front Office & Operational Support

• Assist with guest bookings, appointments, and service coordination.

• Maintain accurate guest records and daily reports.

• Coordinate with spa therapists and operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Follow company policies, service standards, and operating procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and a guest-first approach.

• Interest in sales, customer engagement, and wellness services.

• Ability to build rapport and handle guest enquiries professionally.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems are an advantage.

• Previous experience in hotels, spas, salons, retail, front office, or customer-facing sales is preferred for relevant positions.

• Freshers with the right attitude may apply for entry-level roles.
