Job Summary

Oorjita Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and well-presented Guest Relationship Executive for our Oorjita Vedant project at Narsingi, Hyderabad.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who have strong communication and interpersonal skills and are interested in building a career in the real estate and customer relationship domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers and visitors at the project site in a professional and courteous manner.

• Understand the purpose of customer visits and coordinate with the appropriate Sales Relationship Manager.

• Provide a warm and professional customer experience at the sales office.

• Assist customers with basic information about the project and guide them through the initial enquiry process.

• Maintain visitor records, customer walk-in details, and enquiry information.

• Coordinate customer appointments and site visits with the sales team.

• Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally.

• Ensure the reception and customer interaction areas are maintained in a presentable manner.

• Follow up and coordinate internally wherever required to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Support the sales and CRM teams with day-to-day customer coordination activities.

Candidate Profile

• Female freshers / candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply. Freshers Can also apply.

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Good command of English and Telugu; Hindi would be an added advantage.

• Confident, pleasant, professional, and well-groomed personality.

• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

• Comfortable working from the project site at Narsingi, Hyderabad.
