Complete merchant registration and onboarding process.
Collect and upload KYB (Know Your Business) documents.
Assist merchants in completing Video KYC verification.
Ensure merchant activation as per company guidelines.
Build and maintain good relationships with merchants.
Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets.
Submit regular activity and progress reports.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Intermediate / Any Graduate.
0–3 years of experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, banking, fintech, telecom, or marketing.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Must own a smartphone and be willing to travel locally.
Knowledge of digital payments and merchant onboarding is an added advantage.
