We are looking for a Field Verification Executive to join our team at Disum Informatics Llp to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Field Audit. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 25,000 and opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities: • Handle the audit work and store employees professionally and efficiently. • Address the audit requirement by its provided instruction in the checklist and capture the concern proofs and manage the audit reports. • Keep records end up to closing of the project and follow up when required. • Provide the data and information to help resolve their issues if need. • Follow the project dead-line and execute the audit as the target date and work with other departments to manage complex issues. Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.0 - 0.5 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
