• Visit customer / business locations assigned by company
• Conduct field audit & address verification
• Capture photos & videos of location/site as per guidelines
• Take geo-tagged images using mobile app
• Collect and verify basic details/documents (KYC)
• Submit reports through company portal/app
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of cases
