Field Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Field Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for onsite installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of networking equipment, CCTV systems, Wi-Fi infrastructure, and related IT hardware across customer locations in Delhi NCR.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field work, solving technical problems, and interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and configuration of:

  • IP Cameras and CCTV Systems

  • NVRs, DVRs, and Video Management Systems

  • Routers, Switches, and Firewalls

  • Wi-Fi Access Points

  • Structured Cabling and Network Racks

• Diagnose and resolve:

  • Network connectivity issues

  • CCTV camera faults

  • Internet and Wi-Fi problems

  • Hardware failures

• Perform preventive maintenance visits.

• Coordinate with remote support engineers for issue resolution.

• Prepare site reports and service documentation.

• Follow company SOPs and escalation procedures.

Required Skills

Must Have

• Basic Networking Knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)

• CCTV Installation & Troubleshooting

• Cat6 Cable Crimping & Testing

• Router & Switch Configuration

• Basic Computer Hardware Knowledge

Preferred

• Experience with MikroTik

• Experience with Ubiquiti / UniFi

• Experience with Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Axis, etc.

• Knowledge of Fiber Optics

• Experience working with enterprise customers

Eligibility

• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / BCA / Any Technical Qualification

• Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License preferred

• Comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR

• Good communication skills in Hindi

• Basic English reading and reporting skills
