Job Role: Optical Fiber Splicer / Fiber Helper

Perform Optical Fiber Cable Splicing (Fusion Splicing) for network connectivity

Conduct OTDR Testing to identify fiber loss and faults

Carry out Fiber Fault Finding and Restoration activities

Handle FTTH Installation and Maintenance

Ensure proper cable routing, joint closures, and termination

Maintain and handle splicing machines and tools safely

Coordinate with team members for site work and troubleshooting

Follow safety standards during field operations
