We are looking for a Field Supervisor to join our team at Bass Security And Facility Services. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to SECURITY FIELD OPERATIONS. The role offers ₹ 25,000 - ₹ 30,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle security and house keeping personnel in efficient manner
Address client's queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely support to security guards and House keeping staffs for them to perform their duties and resolve their issues
Work collaboratively with other teams for over all service quality maintenance
Meet performance expectations , including new unit additions, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 6+ years of experience. You will be responsible for security guards and House keeping staffs service quality in a given territory. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
