🏗️ Job Title: Site Supervisor / Site In-Charge – Interior Projects

📍 Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, supervising labor, ensuring quality execution as per drawings, and coordinating materials and timelines for interior projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise all interior works at site (carpentry, electrical, painting, modular, etc.)

• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and designs

• Maintain quality standards and finishing accuracy

2. Measurements & Billing

• Take accurate site measurements for floor plans and execution

• Record daily work progress and labor measurements

• Support contractor and vendor billing based on site records

3. Labor & Team Management

• Manage and guide carpenters, electricians, painters, and helpers

• Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of activities

• Maintain discipline and productivity at site

4. Material Management

• Plan and share daily/weekly material requirements in advance

• Check and maintain stock at site

• Raise indents and coordinate with office/store for materials

• Receive materials and verify quantity & quality

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Send daily progress updates to the office / project manager

• Coordinate with designers, clients, and vendors

• Handle minor site issues and resolve execution challenges

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of interior execution & site drawings

• Experience in measurements, billing & material handling

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage labor and multitasking on site

• Problem-solving attitude and leadership mindset
