Field Supervisor

We are looking for a Field Officer – Delhi NCR to join our team at Advika Business Solution Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 and prospects of growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Visit different company sites regularly

Check attendance and work of housekeeping / facility staff

Coordinate with clients and understand their requirements

Resolve site issues and report them to management

Update management about new manpower requirements

Submit daily field reports to the office

Ensure staff discipline and proper uniform at the site

Requirements:

Good communication skills

Must be ready for field work

Basic reporting and coordination skills

Bike and valid driving license preferred
